Q) What does the service include?

Service includes wash, dry and press.


Q) Is there a minimum spending required for free delivery?

Yes. To enjoy free delivery, a minimum spend of $40 in a single order is required.


Q) How long does it take for my items to be returned?

The turnaround time is 3 days. If the laundry is picked up on Monday, items will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday and delivery on Friday in the same week as delivery is limited to Mondays and Fridays only. 


Q) Is there a designated collection and delivery time?

Yes. Door-to-door collection and delivery is available only on every Monday and Friday, from 11am - 1pm. 


Q) Where is the pick up and delivery zone?

Delivery zone is limited to the orchard vicinity, within 1 - 3 KM radius from hotel. Areas include: Anderson Road | Balmoral Road | Bukit Timah Road | Cairnhill Road | Orchard Road | Orange Grove Road | Scotts Road | Stevens Road 


Q) I want to drop off / pick up my own laundry. How can I do it?

Sure, you may walk in and drop off the items at our gift shop, located beside the reception counter at the lobby, every Monday – Saturday from 9am – 5pm.


Q) Can I have my laundry pick up and delivery at different locations? 

Yes, please highlight to us if you have a different delivery address and we will schedule a delivery at different address accordingly. Kindly note that pick up and delivery is only available at selected areas. 


Q) How would I know if my service order is confirmed? 

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon order confirmation. Please ensure that order is made at least a day before your preferred collection date.


Q) What is green laundry? 

Conventional detergents can contain ingredients which may negatively impact the ecosystems and marine life when being washed down the drain. We use only natural detergents which are gentle on the environment, skin-friendly and delicate on garments. You may play your part in reducing the carbon footprint, by simply greening your laundry habits.


Q) Will the detergent used cause harm to my garments? 

At Sheraton Towers, we use delicate and gentle eco-friendly natural detergent for your garments. You can have a peace of mind that your garments will be handled with extra care by our dedicated team of experienced laundry professionals.


Q) What should I do before sending my items?

All ornaments including belts and buttons like plastic, glass or metal types must be removed by customers before cleaning. We will not bear responsibility for loss of any item or parts of garment. 

Customers must inspect all articles upon collection. In case of discrepancy, please highlight it to us within 5 working days upon receipt of items. 


Q) Can I request to press a crease / not to on my trousers? 

Yes, you may let us know if you have any specific requests. 


Q) Can I have my items folded instead of on a hanger?

Yes. You may select your preferred instruction under "Special Instructions" when adding items to the cart.
